Gord Erskine has been an active member of Ottawa’s architectural community for 30 years and functions as a leader and a resource for all staff. Over the course of his career, Gord has gained broad experience in Institutional, Commercial and Residential development and has distinguished himself as an efficient and skilled project manager. Leading an integrated design team, coordination of projects on time and on budget is his forte. Complementing this is a strong design capability, expertise in Building Science and a keen interest in the broader scope of development issues. Project teams benefit from his energy and organizational methods that bind the project into a comprehensive package.

Michele Dredge excels as an experienced project manager and is recognized by her peers as a leader in design. Over the course of her career Michele has gained a wide range of experience in Institutional development and renewal, with a particular emphasis in the area of Critical Healthcare design. Inspiring an excellent working relationship with all members of a project, Michele develops a team approach to all assignments. Projects benefit from her energy, optimism and experience.
